Saara joins Spherics with a wealth of experience for the role. Prior to Spherics Saara worked at Immersive Labs for three years, joining in its early stages. Like Spherics, the Bristol start-up had a similar high-arc trajectory. In the time that Saara was in her role, she looked after 40+ clients and helped deliver more than $1m recurring revenue. 

Saara on joining Spherics

After living in different parts of the world growing up, I understood that we are all connected. This led me to a degree in Environmental studies (joining all the dots as a mature student), and I am incredibly excited to combine this passion with my recent experience in customer success. Getting to Net Zero is going to take everyone working together and bringing businesses round with an automated tool that makes starting the journey simpler is a real privilege. 

Saara’s role at Spherics

Saara will join the Spherics team as Head of Customer Success where she will oversee the wider customer support team and manage key clients directly. Saara will be bridging the gap between our Spherics platform and its customers, creating feedback loops and building relationships that last. The spin off from this role is its influence over the product roadmap, ensuring all developments are customer centric.

Marina Traversari on the appointment of Saara: 

We have seen rapid growth in both SME sales and Enterprise customers in the last few months and we don’t expect that trajectory to stop any time soon. We look to Saara to manage the wider  customer support team and put the process in place to ensure our planned growth is seamless! In the interview we were extremely impressed by Saara’s experience at Immersive Labs and in the short time she has been with Spherics we have already seen many of these skills in action.
